Payment & Shipping

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the location that the package has to be sent to. Below you can find our average shipping times:

Europe: Between 4-10 days on average. This depends on your location in Europe.
United States: Between 3-5 days on average.
Canada: Between 6-10 days on average
Rest of the world: Between 10-15 days on average.

*Due to COVID-19, please understand there might be a slight delay in shipping times.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes between 24 - 36 hours to process the order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once processed, the shipping time depends on your location.
Europe: Between 4-10 days on average.
United States: Between 3-5 days on average.
Canada: Between 6-10 days on average
Rest of the world: Between 10-15 days on average.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are very proud to say that we ship to most countries in the world! Please do note, however, that due to (country-specific) circumstances such as COVID-19 or political tensions, there may be a few countries where we currently can’t ship to or will experience delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to track your order.

My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

If your tracking number doesn’t work or has errors, there could be a delay on the system update. Please allow up to 36 hours for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier. If the tracking link still doesn’t work after 36 hours, please contact us through support@sensoriumarte.com so we can assist you further.

Do multiple items ship separately?

Yes. Because our products are fragile, every product is packaged separately. This means that, if a part of your order is finished already, this will immediately be sent out to you. The other part of your order will be shipped once finished as well.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Unfortunately, Sensorium cannot control and is not responsible for duties and taxes on your package. The average height of duties and taxes depends on the country to which the order was shipped. You will be responsible for paying additional charges to customs for clearance. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, on very rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages if there are taxes that need to be paid.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you accidentally made a mistake in your address details, please contact support@sensoriumarte.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we might be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t been processed yet. If your order cannot be delivered and/or returned to us due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you or give you a refund once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

As of now, we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, and Apple pay. More on payment methods can be found in our terms of service.

How do I know there are discount codes running?

If you sign up through email, you’ll be notified when discounts are available. We also make sure to add the discount code throughout the site, so you’ll notice if there are any discounts available at the time.

Do I get a digital art file?

Yes, you can choose to get the digital file of your artwork of which we’ll send to you via email.

Every artwork you create with us will be saved to your ARViewer mobile app account so you can replay the video/audio file you’ve uploaded anytime you want!

What kind of files can I upload?

You can upload audio (mp3) and video (mp4) files. As for photos, you can use JPEG (JPG) or PNG files. Important note: Due to a type of digital protection called DRM, we are prevented to analyze your file. Please use video and audio files that are free of DRM rights.

Can I do whatever I want with the canvas?

Since the painting is completely customizable, you can do whatever you want with the product. Use your inspiration and memories in the best way possible!

How is the quality of the product?

Quality is something that’s very important to us so we always make sure to use the best possible material. We use Epson series printers and ink to create the best types of wall art for you. The Epson matte paper will give your design a polished look and a true museum-quality feel.

How can I design my own artwork?

Designing your own artwork is actually easier than you think! We created a guide for you to see how you can design your own awesome artwork. Check out how it works.

What if I’m not happy with my design?

Because the painting is entirely customizable to your own liking, it’s very important that you place your order only when you are comfortable and very happy with your design.. If you are still unhappy or unsatisfied with your design, you can make changes and edits within 24 hours of placing your order.

What quality should the photo sent need to be?

To make sure the quality of the painting is at its optimum, we encourage our customers to use the best possible quality for their photos. When you upload your photo or file, we automatically advise you on the quality of the file you’ve uploaded and if any changes need to be made.

How do I straighten the poster once I receive it?

Roll your poster opposite from the way it curls. Then, wrap rubber bands around the opposite-rolled poster. Let your poster sit like this for a few hours. After an hour, remove the rubber bands and place your poster on a clean surface. Smooth out the poster and place weights on the corners and in the center of your poster for 2 to 4 hours. Books are a good choice. After this, the poster can be placed on the wall or inside a frame!

Are you environmentally friendly?

Sustainability is very important to us. We are very proud to say that we work with a company that uses Cardboard boxes for posters, and Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic for other products.

We are also partnered with an organization called “1% for the Planet” which is committed to preventing greenwashing. You can find more on their organization here

Are your products sustainable?

We do our absolute best to give our customers the best of both worlds; sustainable products and the best quality. We use matte paper for the posters and framed posters, and use carton packaging which consists of recycled materials.

We also work on a print-on-demand basis. This means that the production process only starts once the fulfillment of orders begins. To top that off, we ship from different locations in Europe and the US. This means that we do our best to minimize the travel time of the product, therefore offering quicker shipping times and less CO2 emissions.

Are your products made in the US?

In order for us to be able to ship from multiple locations worldwide, we also get our products made in different locations. We assemble and create our products based on the address we need to ship to. Our product materials come from the US, Latvia and Japan.

Why are you called SensoriumArte?

The name SensoriumArte is based on the first 4D created movie. With the use of an augmented reality-supported application, we want our customers to relive their memories in the best way possible.

How can I playback the audio of my artwork?

After receiving your artwork, you’ll have to download the SensoriumArte application called ARViewer. Log in with your username and password, click on the “Scan my art” and aim your phone camera towards your artwork. That should do the trick!
